Industrial Automation: Changing gear for the coming year
As innovation continues to drive industrial automation, with a focus on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industrie 4.0, we see increased pressure to develop and improve connections between machines, devices, networks and people. In particular, the use of robots as co-workers is on the rise.
The recent SPS IPC Drives show in Nuremberg has clearly shown us how far we have come - and how far we still have to go. Thankfully, our Belden, Hirschmann, Lumberg Automation and Tripwire solutions increase network availability and dependability, even while you are adapting to new and changing technologies.
If the past year was a busy one for industrial automation, the coming one will see even more changes as networks are increasingly being prepared for an ever more imminent future. Time sensitive networking (TSN) and network security will be big topics and essential pre-requisites. Our newsletters will keep you up-to-date so keep reading and responding. Wherever you are in your journey, Belden has the products, the skills and the experience to help deliver the necessary change. Talk to us today and we’ll make sure you are ready to face the challenges of tomorrow.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2019!
